Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bigfoot Construction Supply!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bigfootconstructionsupply.com.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: 4487 S 134th Pl, Tukwila, WA 98168.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the fee for the original shipment.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Warranty Disclaimer

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Bigfoot Construction.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Bigfoot Construction Supply.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship upon receiving the product that occur during packaging/shipping. Warranty does not include any damage done after opening the order packaging.

What will we do to correct problems?

Bigfoot Construction Supply will accept free return and replace the product if there are additional items in stock. For any product that is out of stock, replacements will not be provided but customer will be refunded in full.

How long does the coverage last?

There is no warranty coverage after the product packaging has been opened.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by purchaser following removal of product packaging.
