These anchors are code listed by ICC-ES for cracked and uncracked concrete applications under the 2009 IBC. All Titen HD screw anchors feature a patented thread design with serrated cutting teeth for easy installation. Titen HD installs into concrete applications with 50% less torque than competitor anchors. These zinc concrete screws are designed for use in dry, interior, and non-corrosive environments or temporary outdoor applications.
